International scheme programmes – We have assisted in designing a pan-European white-label loyalty programme for member banks  in 38 countries.  Our work covered incentives structure, registration and redemption processes, charging and billing mechanisms, communications and rollout.

Consumer data protection – As an active member of Vendorcom, we regularly advise on EU consumer data protection legislation.  We also developed a system to track the systematic abuse of consumers’ interests.

B2B loyalty – In the B2B payments market, we assist issuers with strategies to optimise pricing and loyalty.  In the consumer mobile market, we have developed loyalty systems for the independent retailer channel.
