We researched and compared nine markets across Europe for targeting of new products. For each market, evaluated card issuers, leading products, network acceptance, distribution partnerships, and overall attractiveness.
Open-Loop Fuel Cards
Designed blueprint for open-loop fuel cards in Europe - defined product features, target segments, acceptance and interoperability, data flows, and revenue model.
Growth Strategy
Developed a growth strategy for a fuel card issuer with the objective to double revenue within 18 months. Generated a portfolio of recommendations, supported by detailed financials, to deliver and exceed the growth target.
